Tesabox comes with a tasty snack, a full lunch, utensils (once a week), and a wipe. If you like, you can also add soup, porridge, dinner and a daily drink.

Classic

This menu is perfect for children who love traditional home-cooked meals. Our chefs follow classic recipes, using only high-quality ingredients and avoiding deep-frying. This plan, meant for the first half of the day, includes a snack and lunch. 

Gluten Lactose free 

This menu is a specially designed regimen without lactose or gluten-containing products. It is a perfect option for kids with lactose and gluten intolerance, and it provides a wholesome mid-morning snack and lunch. 

tesa*detki

tesa*detki menu (from 1 to 3 years old) was developed in collaboration with Detki Clinic for our youngest clients. It was created under the careful guidance of doctors and our head chef. The diet is intended for the first half of the day and includes a nutritious snack and lunch.

In many Dubai schools, nut-containing food is not allowed. So, we’ve made sure all our dishes don’t have any. We care about your child’s safety and designed a menu that follows school rules and requirements.

This situation can certainly arise. At the moment, we do not offer a service for individually tailored menus, so we can suggest that you personally remove from the snacks and lunches whatever your child doesn’t like or any product they may be allergic to. Upon request, we can provide detailed ingredient lists for our dishes.

The only substitution we can make is to replace fish and seafood with meat products.

Additionally, it’s worth noting that we package all sauces and steamed vegetables separately in small boxes to avoid any inconvenience for those who do not prefer them.

In the future, when we introduce a service for creating customized menus, we will definitely notify you and be happy to accommodate all your preferences!

There is also a special menu for toddlers aged 1 to 3 years.

We want your child to enjoy different meals making every dish a new taste adventure, so no dish repeats in our menu for a whole month.

Initially, we wanted to deliver hot food, but talking with our experienced chef, we decided against it. It’s because hot dishes can only be kept for up to three hours after cooking. After that, there’s a risk of bacteria growing. So, we prepare the food, cool it to 6 degrees, and then deliver it to you. This way, the food stays fresh and keeps all its goodness for longer.

At Tesa, we want you to enjoy our food and find it affordable too! If you order a trial tesabox just once, you’ll pay the full price. But if you subscribe, you’ll get discounts.

Ordering tesabox for 1 week, you pay the full price. However ordering tesabox for a month or term, the price will be lower. The longer your delivery, the better the price.

Also, if you have two or more kids, we have a loyalty program for you. When you order a meal for your second child, you’ll get a 3% discount, and for the third child, you’ll get 5%.

Right now, we deliver in the evening, from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm, to your address. We deliver in the evening before every weekday from Sunday to Thursday.

Once you’ve ordered and paid, we’ll deliver your first tesabox on the evening of the nearest Sunday.

We take orders for delivery until Thursday at 3:00 pm.

If your child is unwell and won’t go to school temporarily, we’ll keep delivering tesabox to your home. In case you plan to leave the city for some time, we offer a “freeze for a week” service. If you have a one-month delivery, you can use it once within the month. Just don’t forget to let us know about your absence at least 5 days in advance, so we can freeze the delivery on time.

We care about your children’s health and always use the best quality ingredients. Here are some of our key rules:

1. Choosing good ingredients: we carefully select high-quality products from trusted suppliers.
2. Keeping things clean: Vegetables and fruits are  washed with a special solution and dried in accordance with HACCP to make sure they’re completely safe. 
3. Cooking in a special way: We like baking and steaming to keep food healthy without compromising taste.
4. Using healthy oils: olive, grape seed, and ghee oils, as well as coconut oil in baking.
5. Using sea and pink salt to keep the natural taste of dishes and their mineral balance.

These rules make sure every dish is not only delicious but also follows high standards for your child’s healthy nutrition.

We are professionals. Our kitchen is certified A-grade – the top score in the UAE, confirming our high safety standards. We follow the HACCP system strictly to ensure that all our dishes are safe. The head chef controls the entire preparation process. Each dish goes into an individual bag that keeps it fresh and safe during delivery. This makes our food top-quality and safe for your child.

We deliver chilled boxes in the evening before each weekday.
You place the boxes in the refrigerator overnight.
In the morning, there are three options:
– Heat the boxes in the microwave, transfer them to a thermos, and send them to school (if there’s no microwave, you can heat them in a pan or a water bath).
– Heat the boxes, wrap them in foil, and send them to school.
– Send them chilled and let your child heat them at school on their own (this option is suitable if there’s a place to heat food at the educational institution).

Our boxes are completely safe for heating and do not release harmful substances.

Yes, if you wish, you can collect our washed boxes, utensils, and bags, and return them to our courier once a week (on Thursday).
