Delivery/ Shipping Policy

Our meals are ready to eat upon delivery or can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 20 hours. Each package includes 2 or more meals, depending on the selected plan, and is packed in a Foil Cooler Bag for added freshness.To ensure the meals remain fresh, all deliveries are made in cooled insulated boxes. We deliver directly to the address you provide within our delivery coverage area.For health and safety reasons, all packages must be received in person and refrigerated promptly if not consumed immediately. We do not leave packages unattended on doorsteps. If there’s no answer at the door, our delivery team will attempt to contact you up to two times to arrange delivery. Please note, failure to respond or accept delivery will result in ineligibility for a refund.

Cancellation Policy

 Auto-Renewal Plan: After canceling, clients will still receive their meal plans until the end of the current billing period. Weekly subscriptions conclude at the week’s end, while monthly subscriptions terminate at the month’s end. Refunds are not available, but clients may choose to forgo the remaining meals by notifying TESA via email. Canceled subscriptions will not renew unless the client requests or reselects them.One-Time Subscription: Cancellation results in the continuation of meal plan delivery until the end of the billing cycle. Similar to auto-renewal plans, weekly subscriptions end after the current week, and monthly subscriptions conclude at the month’s end. Refunds are not provided, but clients can decide not to receive the remaining meals by informing TESA through email.Subscription Freeze: Clients planning to travel or needing to pause their subscription must inform TESA via email at least 48 hours before the desired freeze date. The remaining balance will be retained in the client’s account for future use upon their request. Subscription reactivation occurs at the start of the next billing week, and TESA requires notification at least 48 hours before the desired reactivation date.

Return & Refund Policy

Once your meals have been delivered, they cannot be returned or refunded. However, if you do not receive your meal for any reason, please get in touch with us. We will either refund your payment or apply it as shop credit for future purchases. For health and safety reasons, we do not leave packages unattended on doorsteps.Should you specifically request our delivery personnel to leave your package at the doorstep, either in writing or verbally, please be aware that TESA will not be held accountable for the condition or safety of the meals once delivered.Our delivery team will make up to two attempts to contact you for delivery if there’s no answer at your door. If these attempts are unsuccessful and you fail to receive the package, you will not be entitled to a refund.

 Force Majeure

Neither Party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement if such failure is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or transportation disruptions.

Limitation of Liability

Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or losses incurred by the Client due to delayed delivery of ready-made food. The Company’s liability for any delay not caused by Force Majeure Events shall be limited to [specify remedy, e.g., a discount on future orders, a refund of a portion of the purchase price, etc.], which shall be the Client’s sole and exclusive remedy for such delays.
